The Memorial pays tribute and gratitude to all those who have dedicated their lives to Peabody Public Safety. An intricate granite base features the seals of the police and fire departments as well as a bronze plaque. Atop it are two bronze statues and an eternal flame made of bronze. Annual services are held at the site.
